3-Day Military Diet To Lose 10 Lbs In 3 Days

The 3-day military diet is, as the name suggest, very strict and we suggest consulting a doctor first before starting it. The diet is very effective and will help you to lose weight naturally without any adverse side-effects.

The diet should be followed strictly, and all the foods are to be prepared only with a pinch of salt and pepper and no other seasonings. You must eat according to the plan at the same time every day if you are to achieve results. The diet lasts for 4 days and can be repeated after a short break. For optimal results, we suggest regular exercise along the diet.

Here’s the diet plan:


Day 1
Breakfast: ½ a grapefruit, coffee or tea (no sugar), a piece of toast with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Lunch: ½ a can of tuna, coffee or tea (no sugar), 1 piece of toast
Dinner: 80 gr. of lean meat, ½ a banana, 1 apple and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream

Day 2
Breakfast: 1 egg, ½ a banana, 1 piece of toast
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, some vegetables and 5 salted crackers
Dinner: 2 hot-dogs with some salt, ½ a cup of grated carrot, broccoli, ½ a banana and ½ a scoop of vanilla ice-cream

Day 3
Breakfast: 25 gr. of cheese, 5 salted crackers, coffee or tea (1-2 teaspoons of sugar), 1 apple
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg and a piece of toast
Dinner: a can of tuna, ½ a banana and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.

You can drink plenty of water during the diet. If you’re consistent and follow the diet plan you can lose up to 10 lbs. in only 3-4 days!
