The Cancer Dies When You Eat These Five Foods, It’s Time To Start Eating Them

Cancer is a class of diseases characterized by out-of-control cell growth. There are over 100 different types of cancer, and each is classified by the type of cell that is initially affected. When the human body is formed, undergoes a stage named angiogenesis during which all blood vessels are created. However, this activity does not stop after we are born. It is also present later in our lives when we suffer injuries that cut through our skin, veins, or arteries, and the need for rebuilding the blood canals arises.

Very often, this process is related with cancer spread, and it is orchestrated by what are called activators and inhibitors. Almost all researches related to cancer focus mainly on the inhibitors, however, it is actually the activators who promote and boost the vascular growing of cells, so that new blood vessels could be created.

The 5 groceries listed below are actually anti – angiogenesis, and that is the reason why they help stop cancer growth, because they affect the feeding of cancers.

The Natural Way To Get Rid of Puffy Eyes

Whether from allergies, a night out or hormonal changes, puffy eyes in the morning can be uncomfortable and aesthetically displeasing. Understanding the cause of your puffiness can help you find the best treatment. However, dermatologists and estheticians recommend a few natural remedies when you want to quickly tone down the puffiness.

Cold Spoons/Ice cubes
The old-school remedy of holding cold spoons on your eyes reduces puffiness, just as you would apply ice to swelling on other parts of your body. Keep two spoons in the freezer, and when you experience puffiness just place them on the area of concern for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not apply them straight from the freezer; wait 1 minute for them to warm slightly so the cold spoons don't irritate the delicate skin around the eyes. You can also wrap two ice cubes in a thin towel and gently press them on the puffy area.

Green Tea Bags
Studies show that green tea has powerful anti-inflammatory properties; there is also evidence that topical application of green tea benefits the skin. You can use green tea bags cooled in the fridge, or you can prepare some green tea ice cubes. To use the bags, place them under cold running water, drain the excess, and then place them in the fridge until they get cold. Apply them to your eyes for about 10 minutes, and then rinse off your face. To make green tea ice cubes, prepare some concentrated green tea and let it cool. Then pour it into an ice cube tray and wait until it freezes. Wrap the green tea ice cubes in thin gauze and gently press them under your eyes.

Rosemary Tea Bags/Rosemary Essential Oil
Evidence suggests that rosemary, like green tea, has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Rosemary tea bags can also help tighten the skin under your eyes by constricting the capillaries. In the same way described for green tea bags, rosemary tea bags can be used to quickly reduce swelling under the eyes. You can also use essential oil of rosemary. Add one drop of the oil to a teaspoon of your favorite carrier oil, (olive or avocado oil from your pantry works) and gently massage the mix on the puffy area, making sure that you don't get too close to your eyes (it may sting). Cleanse your face afterwards to remove any residue.

Cucumber Slices
Thanks to their flavonoid, caffeic acid and vitamin C content, cucumbers contain anti-inflammatory properties and help soothe irritated, puffy eyes. Slice a fresh clean cucumber, preferably from the fridge, lie down and rest a slice against each eye or gently press them to your skin. The cooling effect of a cold slice provides additional benefits in reducing the swelling. Keep them in place for at least 5 minutes and then rinse your face.

Tip
  • Drink plenty of water, especially if you go to bed very late. Staying hydrated helps prevent puffiness.
  • Limit your alcohol intake, which can cause dehydration.
  • Sleep on two pillows instead of one, which helps prevent build-up of fluid in your face.
  • Get plenty of rest, between 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
  • Use an eye cream that contains peptides to strengthen the skin around your eyes, and apply it by dabbing it gently, versus rubbing it.

Secret Health Tips Celeb Trainers Swear By

From Instagram to the red carpet, celebrities like Heidi Klum are totally nailing it in the hot bod department. We're sure this supermodel learned a thing or two about striking the perfect pose on the catwalk of countless Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows, but the real secret comes from working with A-list personal trainers that know all the ingredients for achieving a flawless physique.

While I won't be walking down a runway any time soon, I'm always looking for ways to improve my fitness, and what better place to go for advice than the experts themselves!

Here are 5 health secrets some of Hollywood's top personal trainers swear by.

Water is king
We've all heard that drinking eight glasses of water can help us prevent dehydration and flush unnecessary toxins from our systems. But according to FitFusion trainer Andrea Orbeck, who's worked with celebs like Heidi Klum, water is also crucial for keeping our bodies in prime shape. In fact, Orbeck told me she downs "at least half a gallon of water" every single day.

H20 is also on the list of daily essentials for celebrity trainer Reggie Chambers, whose A-list clientele includes stars like Christina Ricci and Allison Williams  of HBO's Girls. "I drink tons of water," Reggie told me in an interview. "Most people don't realize how much water the body needs."

Sip some green tea
When he's not drinking water, Chambers says he'll often enjoy some green tea on most days. "Green tea increases your metabolism and the caffeine improves your endurance and helps you work out longer," he told me.

Green tea can also be a great option for anyone actively trying to reduce their daily caffeine intake. While green tea isn't completely caffeine free, it does contain less caffeine than your average cup of coffee or espresso, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Abs are made in the kitchen
While planks and V-ups are certainly great ways to tone your midsection, Orbeck says that eating poorly will almost always sabotage the work you put in at the gym. When I asked her if the average person needed to spend hours at the gym to achieve a fit body, she said, "It depends on how much time they spend in the kitchen eating horribly."

She explains that when you eat healthy, there's no need to kill yourself at the gym for hours every day. "If you eat 80% of your meals with clean and lean in mind, you can spend less than an hour [exercising], 3 to 4 days a week, as long as you train hard, smart and efficient."

Some food just isn't worth the calories
With a hot body comes great responsibility. Sure, we'd all like to think that it's possible to have six-pack abs and eat whatever we want, but unfortunately, that's just not the way it works. The truth is that there are certain foods super-fit celebs — and their trainers — just won't touch, no matter how yummy and tempting them may seem.

Chambers, for example, told me he avoids milkshakes at all costs. "Too many calories, not enough nutrients," he told me. For Orbeck, it's fast food. "Anything prepared by the restaurant with the golden arches sign: never!"

Hello, plyo
From Yoga to kickboxing, there are no shortage of options when it comes to getting our sweat on. And while any physical activity is better than nothing, Orbeck explains that certain exercises are more effective than others, especially when you're short on time.

"Quick combinations of weighted squats with anything plyometric or high intensity heart rate work," she told me, when I asked about her favorite quick workout routines. "It's astonishing how you can end up in a pool of sweat in less than 10 minutes when you ask your legs to perform heavy and fast movements."
